- Drive SOC automation and AI integration
- Ensure 24x7 SOC coverage
- Handle major incident escalations
- Lead managed security services delivery
- Lead multi team SOC engineering and service management
- Manage SOC managers and analysts
- Manage customer and executive service reviews
- Monitor staffing utilization and workforce planning
- Oversee SOC shift management
- Own cost to serve and delivery margin
- Partner on MSS and security transformation opportunities
- Remediate margin erosion risks
- Support incident monitoring and mediation
- Support transitions from design to steady state operations
