Customer Success Engineer
Tasks
- Act as technical point of contact until resolution
- Build deployment automation tools
- Co deliver alongside partner teams
- Conduct technical research before deployment
- Coordinate technical delivery and manage dependencies
- Create implementation plans from requirements
- Deliver partner enablement sessions
- Deliver technical training and product walkthroughs
- Deploy and configure security solutions
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Escalate issues with support and engineering teams
- Lead technical project kickoff and milestone tracking
- Manage remote configuration and support
- Own onboarding process
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
- Produce field ready toolkits
- Run technical demonstrations and proof of concept
- Travel for on-site customer engagements
- Write scripts for deployment automation
