Senior Technical Support Engineer, Focused Services
Tasks
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions
- Identify root causes and coordinate with engineering and product teams
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions
- Provide dedicated technical support for Prisma Cloud
- Respond to customer issues within SLAs
- Triage and resolve technical issues using ticketing and remote sessions
- Troubleshoot complex application and operating system problems
