Sr. Microsoft Administrator and Network Engineer
Tasks
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policy
- Configure secure Microsoft 365 licensing and features
- Design and maintain network infrastructure
- Drive continuous improvement for availability security and cost
- Implement hybrid identity and Entra ID
- Lead migrations upgrades and infrastructure modernization
- Maintain documentation network diagrams and runbooks
- Manage Windows server environments
- Manage firewalls switches routers VPN SD WAN and wireless
- Manage patching backup disaster recovery and business continuity
- Monitor performance capacity licensing and security posture
- Own Microsoft 365 tenant administration
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 support
- Support desktop and laptop imaging deployment and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Windows Server Active Directory and SSO issues
