Tasks
- Analyze network traffic using Wireshark
- Collaborate in major incident management

- Maintain standard operating procedure documents
- Manage and support Azure VPN Gateway
- Manage and support Azure firewall
- Manage and support Cisco firewalls
- Manage and support F5 LTM
- Manage and support Palo Alto firewalls
- Perform due diligence for network changes
- Perform packet capture analysis
- Perform root cause analysis reviews
- Perform routing and switching troubleshooting
- Provide customer incident support
- Provide service request troubleshooting
