- Assist with order escalations

- Ensure account creation setup

- Mentor monitor and delegate inside sales support tasks
- Onboard new accounts with EAE
- Oversee support team daily
- Perform customer whitespace analysis
- Prepare analyze and present client activity reports
- Process orders timely and accurately
- Provide client onboarding support
- Provide customer quotes with technical configuration support
- Provide proactive direct sales support
- Register deals
- Run spend analysis and standards management review
- Support QBR and proposal support
- Support RMA escalations
