Tasks

Assist with client onboarding and offboarding
Create and maintain internal and client documentation
Deploy and maintain security tools and management agents
Escalate issues to Level I helpdesk staff as needed
Maintain helpdesk ticket notes and time entries
Provide day to day support for desktop and server operating systems
Provide remote customer support
Remediate issues with third party vendors
Support Microsoft Office 365 Azure Teams OneDrive and SharePoint
Support mobile devices and mobile device management
Support networking devices including firewalls switches and wireless access points
Support on premise and cloud backup and disaster recovery
Troubleshoot end user hardware software and cloud services
