- Develop and execute IT compliance objectives and goals
- Develop and recommend IT security policies
- Develop procedures audit programs and policies
- Develop risk remediation plans and manage related projects
- Follow up on audit findings corrective actions
- Maintain stakeholder communications on compliance and security
- Manage IT security risk and compliance program
- Manage third party vendor audits
- Plan schedule coordinate review and report IT compliance work
- Prepare audit and compliance reports
- Represent IT to clients carriers and external stakeholders
- Respond to client carrier and legal inquiries on IT compliance and security
- Supervise coach and train IT compliance staff
