Junior System Field Engineer
Tasks
- Apply system hardening best practices
- Configure and troubleshoot networking components
- Deploy configure and troubleshoot server infrastructure
- Implement infrastructure improvements with senior engineers
- Manage DNS and DHCP
- Manage Group Policy
- Manage active directory
- Monitor basic system performance
- Perform infrastructure health checks
- Perform patch management and system updates
- Provide first level security troubleshooting
- Provide onsite and remote technical support
- Support Windows server environments
- Support deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Support enterprise security platform deployments and support
- Troubleshoot incidents and connectivity issues
