- Execute backup restore monitoring and reporting for cloud and hybrid systems

- Manage Entra ID identity access policies multi factor authentication conditional access
- Manage Intune Endpoint Manager device enrollment and compliance
- Migrate and modernize workloads to Microsoft cloud
- Monitor and optimize cloud workloads performance cost scalability
- Perform health checks patching and configuration reviews
- Provide second level technical support for infrastructure issues
- Support identity and access management and security baselines
