- Deploy configure and manage Azure services
- Design and implement IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
- Enforce security baselines patch management and compliance
- Escalate troubleshoot and restore services
- Implement and manage Microsoft Defender suite
- Maintain configuration documentation and operational procedures
- Manage Intune device enrollment and policies
- Migrate and modernize workloads to Microsoft cloud
- Monitor maintain and optimize cloud workloads
- Perform backup restore monitoring and reporting
- Perform health checks patching and configuration reviews
- Provide second-level technical support
- Recommend enhancements for efficiency security and user experience
- Support identity and access management and conditional access in Entra ID
