- Administer PostgreSQL databases
- Apply patching and updates
- Configure and troubleshoot PostgreSQL instances
- Design develop maintain PostgreSQL databases
- Handle database backup restore and dump
- Manage indexing and partitioning
- Monitor database health
- Optimize complex SQL queries
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Perform cloning relocation rename and instance promotions
- Perform query performance tuning
- Run daily operations and checks
- Set up replication and high availability
