- Monitor serialization alerts and anomalies
- Perform monthly manual backups
- Support EU GMP Annex 11 compliance
- Support URS creation
- Support change control documentation
- Support implementation projects
- Support installation qualification
- Support serialization system operations
- Troubleshoot laboratory system issues using logs
- Troubleshoot serialization issues
- Upgrade laboratory software and apply patches
- Verify serial number availability
