- Act as L3 technical reference in SOC
- Design and harden security architectures
- Engage with clients for workshops troubleshooting and reporting
- Implement SASE SWG and CASB solutions
- Implement security solutions in client environments
- Manage and optimize EDR XDR
- Manage and optimize SIEM and SOAR
- Manage and optimize firewalls and WAF
- Mentor teams on security operations
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Provide escalation support to L1 L2 teams
- Resolve complex cybersecurity incidents
