IT Operations & Digital Support Engineer
Tasks
- Administer SAP Customer Data Cloud CIAM platform
- Develop automation workflows using Python and Power Automate
- Ensure identity and access workflows comply with data privacy and security regulations
- Identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions
- Improve operational stability and reduce MTTR
- Monitor applications with Dynatrace
- Own incident management from detection to resolution with SLAs
- Participate in major incident bridges with status updates
- Provide remote technical support for software and system issues
- Support same day delivery platforms and mobile applications
- Troubleshoot customer registration login and social authentication flows
- Use Linux commands for investigations
- Use PuTTY and WinSCP for diagnostics log retrieval and configuration changes
- Write and execute SQL queries on DB2 MySQL and SQL Server
