Tasks
- Coordinate schedule for training sessions
- Create and maintain security education and training calendar
- Create and maintain standardized inspection checklists templates and guidance
- Develop and maintain classification guides
- Develop and manage inspection schedule and calendar
- Develop self inspection program for regulatory compliance
- Ensure training equipment availability
- Generate attendance reports
- Manage referral taskers via WSMS
- Prepare and distribute training materials
- Prepare declassification response letters
- Process Mandatory Declassification Reviews requests
- Reserve training facilities
- Review and update compliance items in MICT database
- Support security incident processing
- Track employee attendance for training sessions
- Update inspection materials for regulatory requirements
