- Develop SOPs for IAM deployment and monitoring
- Ensure IAM system uptime and performance
- Execute disaster recovery failover testing
- Implement IAM upgrades and feature releases
- Implement reliability improvements and automation
- Lead IAM operations team
- Maintain business continuity
- Manage user access and identity lifecycle processes
- Monitor IAM health and availability
- Monitor KPIs for service levels
- Perform incident response and root cause analysis
- Resolve problems to minimize downtime
