- Monitor system performance
- Provide remote user support
- Recommend IT hardware and software purchases
- Research and recommend IT workflow improvements
- Resolve audio and video issues for virtual meetings
- Respond to suspicious activity
- Set up devices and user access for new hires
- Support AWS Azure and Google Cloud applications
- Support Slack Zoom and Microsoft Teams
- Troubleshoot VPN and enable secure remote access
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
