- Administer LMS and CMS publishing and support
- Collaborate with cybersecurity education team for technical accuracy
- Communicate with clients SMEs and internal stakeholders
- Conduct content research and verify accuracy
- Create and edit visual assets in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Create simulated phishing templates
- Create storyboards and scripts
- Design accessible consistent learning assets
- Design and develop eLearning and microlearning content
- Design scenario based cybersecurity content
- Develop interactive courses with branching and assessments
- Evaluate client objectives and KPIs for program design
- Maintain SOPs job aids and knowledge base articles
- Own client engagements including kick off and support
- Participate in quality reviews and provide feedback
- Set up and maintain simulated phishing platforms
- Troubleshoot course platform and delivery issues
