Identity & Access Management Specialist
Tasks
- Administer ServiceNow identity request catalog and workflows
- Administer federation and single sign on
- Administer privileged and service accounts
- Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Build ServiceNow approval routings with HRIS and ITSM
- Configure privileged identity management and access reviews
- Design and troubleshoot hybrid identity
- Design identity and access management program
- Implement Entra Connect password hash sync and pass through authentication
- Implement Entra ID self service password reset MFA enrollment and account unlock
- Investigate orphaned accounts and stale entitlements
- Maintain IAM runbooks and architecture documentation
- Maintain role based access control and segregation of duties
- Manage Active Directory and Entra ID objects
- Manage conditional access and Entra ID protection
- Monitor identity alerts and sign in risk events
- Operate identity lifecycle joiner mover leaver
- Produce audit and compliance reports
- Provide L3 support for identity issues
- Support SOC 2 ISO 27001 NYDFS GDPR evidence collection
