Tasks
- Communicate operational issues and planned changes
- Coordinate maintenance windows and changes
- Deliver IT services with vendors
- Ensure ITIL process governance
- Ensure disaster recovery readiness
- Escalate incidents and resolve problems
- Improve support workflows and knowledge management
- Lead business continuity testing
- Maintain CMDB and Asset Management
- Manage IT infrastructure operations
- Manage incident and problem handling processes
- Manage risks and preventive controls
- Monitor and report SLAs and KPIs
- Oversee IT purchases and vendor selection
- Serve as primary contact for business and vendors
- Supervise service desk support teams
- Support IT transformation and technology rollouts
