- Automate identity management using PowerShell and APIs
- Develop automation and process improvement for Veeam VMware Active Directory and ServiceNow
- Implement continual improvement initiatives
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform for IAM
- Maintain and operate process and security engineering tools
- Manage Active Directory organizational units groups and access
- Manage GitHub workflows and CI CD pipelines
- Review services for reliability, stability, and security
- Support incident management with Global Network Operations Center
