Director of Cybersecurity Programs
Tasks
- Advise and meet with cybersecurity students
- Advise senior projects
- Align curriculum with CAE NICE ABET ACM
- Conduct community outreach and events
- Convene cybersecurity external advisory board
- Coordinate cybersecurity curriculum execution
- Coordinate internship opportunities for students
- Coordinate recruitment with partner colleges and high schools
- Coordinate year long senior projects with employers
- Develop and coordinate research consortiums
- Develop research program with MS students
- Evaluate and modify cybersecurity curriculum
- Maintain articulation agreements with partner colleges
- Maintain relationships with government and industry partners
- Manage cybersecurity assessment program
- Oversee cybersecurity academic programs
- Prepare and manage grant proposals
- Review and approve degree and certificate applications
- Schedule and staff cybersecurity courses at satellite locations
- Supervise CAE CISS websites and communication platforms
- Supervise research projects for peer reviewed publications
- Support cybersecurity clubs and competition teams
- Teach cybersecurity courses
