Tasks
- Administer SAP BTP global accounts and subaccounts
- Configure secure connectivity using SAP Cloud Connector and destinations
- Configure user access and role collections
- Coordinate third party IT consultants and manage deliverables
- Integrate SAP BTP with identity providers using SAP IAS and IPS
- Maintain technical documentation and follow SAP best practices
- Manage entitlements quotas and service plans
- Monitor platform health logs audit trails and alerts
- Support SAP Integration Suite API Management and Event Mesh
- Track BTP consumption and licensing and support cost governance
- Troubleshoot connectivity entitlement quota and security issues
