Senior Director, IAM Engineering & Operations
Tasks
- Align IAM initiatives with customer trust and compliance
- Build and develop engineering leaders and teams
- Build and scale global IAM teams
- Define and execute cloud first IAM strategy
- Develop API first reusable IAM services
- Develop scalable IAM services and APIs
- Drive automation reliability engineering and continuous delivery
- Drive platform reliability and service maturity
- Drive transition to cloud native directory services
- Embed IAM within Zero Trust architecture
- Embed identity into software development lifecycle
- Enable CIAM capabilities
- Enable identity as a platform capability
- Enable just in time access and session monitoring
- Enable machine identity management and certificate authentication
- Implement Azure AD Entra ID modernization
- Implement PAM strategy for privileged access
- Implement identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Implement identity orchestration workflows
- Integrate IAM with enterprise and customer systems
- Lead global IAM engineering and operations
- Manage Active Directory hybrid modernization
- Manage PKI and certificate lifecycle
- Manage identity governance for human and machine identities
- Mature RBAC and ABAC models
- Mitigate identity based threats and vulnerabilities
- Partner with audit risk and compliance
- Promote DevSecOps practices and infrastructure as code
- Run access certification processes
- Support SOC 1 SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance
- Support audits incident response and continuous compliance
- Use credential vaulting and enforce least privilege
