Tasks
- Collaborate to shape modular scalable cybersecurity offerings with partner technology
- Communicate partner roadmap impacts to offerings sales plays and delivery teams
- Conduct business reviews to evaluate KPIs pipeline and delivery performance
- Coordinate cross functional execution across engineering product delivery sales marketing and partner teams
- Create and maintain training plans including bootcamps and labs
- Create go-to-market assets including pitch decks and case studies
- Create service blueprints reference architectures and delivery models
- Define certification and enablement requirements across partner organizations
- Define partner cybersecurity strategy and execute ecosystem roadmap
- Develop joint value propositions and solution patterns
- Develop sales plays connecting partner technology services and outcomes
- Identify and manage strategic security technology partners
- Incorporate partner and market insights into offerings roadmap and engineering backlog
- Monitor SLA performance and coordinate corrective actions
- Monitor competitive alliance strategies and market program intelligence
- Negotiate and maintain partner terms with legal finance and delivery teams
- Own alliance governance model including SLAs MSAs and support models
- Own partner funding strategy and execution including forecasting and approvals
- Provide recommendations on emerging opportunities and program enhancements
- Report partner and offering performance metrics using SFDC and Power BI
- Support complex client pursuits as alliance subject matter expert
- Track certification achievement and skills for partner compliance
- Track partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline and bookings
