Tasks
- Collaborate cross functionally with product engineering marketing and customer success
- Create enablement content demos videos and training assets
- Deliver technical storytelling to technical and executive audiences
- Develop customer security requirements mapping to platform capabilities
- Guide customers through evaluation adoption and expansion
- Lead proof of concepts to demonstrate technical and business value
- Lead technical demos and presentations
- Maintain knowledge of platform capabilities and cybersecurity best practices
- Provide product feedback to product management
- Represent company as thought leader at events webinars and panels
- Serve as primary technical advisor
- Travel for customer engagements and industry events
