Tasks
- Conduct high risk assessment review
- Coordinate vendor communications for evidence and remediation
- Define third party risk management policies
- Document risk acceptances and exceptions
- Embed security and cyber requirements into contracts
- Improve TPRM workflow automation and standardization
- Integrate TPRM with other GRC processes
- Lead governance for risk treatment decisions
- Maintain vendor records assessments contracts and risk findings
- Manage compensating controls
- Manage remediation plans
- Oversee execution of TPRM program
- Partner with procurement legal security and business stakeholders
- Prepare leadership reporting on risk posture
- Present TPRM program insights to senior leadership
- Review due diligence assessments
- Review inherent risk assessments
