Tasks
- Build and lead Security Operations Center
- Conduct blue team operations
- Conduct red teaming
- Define and own SOC KPIs
- Design network segmentation
- Design zero trust architecture
- Develop and mentor security leaders
- Drive continuous improvement through after action reviews
- Embed security into acquisition management and software development lifecycle
- Implement SCA SAST DAST tooling
- Implement identity security
- Implement non human identity and API security programs
- Integrate DevSecOps and AppSec into CI CD
- Manage departmental strategy and budget
- Manage secure code review
- Monitor and respond to security events
- Optimize tooling and automate processes
- Oversee performance management
- Own vulnerability management programs
- Perform threat modeling
- Plan and execute incident response and postmortems
- Prioritize vulnerabilities by business risk
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues
- Set security release gates
