Engineering Infrastructure Security Manager
Tasks
- Automate security monitoring controls and incident response
- Build mentor and manage security engineering teams
- Collaborate with platform SRE and development teams to embed security into SDLC
- Conduct audits and maintain compliance documentation
- Conduct security assessments and penetration testing
- Define and enforce security policies aligned with compliance frameworks
- Design and implement security controls across environments
- Design and test disaster recovery plans
- Develop threat models for critical systems and pipelines
- Drive security as code culture
- Ensure availability and resilience of critical systems
- Ensure security across multi cloud and hybrid infrastructure
- Implement RBAC access control
- Implement Zero Trust and least privilege access
- Implement backup strategies for source code artifacts and configurations
- Implement security as code with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Improve network security posture with firewalls VPCs and segmentation
- Integrate SAST DAST and container scans into CI CD pipelines
- Lead infrastructure security incident response
- Lead security initiatives for observability logging and monitoring
- Maintain infrastructure security baselines and automated compliance checks
- Manage security for source control and secrets management
- Manage vulnerability scanning and remediation
- Oversee security for containerized environments and IaC ecosystems
- Secure API gateways and service meshes
- Secure CI CD pipelines against supply chain threats
- Track and analyze security metrics
