- Assist with COTS GOTS software configuration
- Assist with PowerShell installation scripting
- Automate application deployment packages
- Build MECM application packages
- Coordinate with Information Assurance teams
- Deploy applications to servers and workstations
- Install configure and patch Windows OS
- Maintain server STIG compliance
- Maintain workstation images
- Manage organizational units for MECM operations
- Perform Active Directory user and group updates
- Provide user support and escalate issues
- Support OS deployments and updates
- Troubleshoot software distribution issues
