Tasks
- Advise on consumer protection laws and subscription matters
- Advise on data collection use transfer governance protection
- Develop consumer protection legal policies and procedures
- Develop privacy cybersecurity subscription marketing advertising compliance processes policies procedures
- Handle incident response legal obligations
- Manage data privacy manager
- Manage privacy and compliance matters
- Manage privacy policies terms of use self regulatory notices
- Provide legal advice for product development releases
- Provide risk advice on legal trends contracts and user interfaces
- Review draft and negotiate data provisions in commercial agreements
- Serve as legal liaison to engineering on privacy and advertising technology
- Supervise risk and data protection impact assessments
