- Draft and negotiate information security exhibits
- Lead cybersecurity legal team
- Maintain audit and monitoring legal frameworks
- Maintain security and privacy policies and standards
- Manage outside counsel and consultants
- Procure vendor agreements negotiation
- Provide day to day legal support for security requests
- Review security and privacy marketing materials
- Serve as legal escalation point
- Support incident investigation legal responsibilities
