- Apply security patches
- Communicate issue status and resolution
- Configure baseline software
- Diagnose troubleshoot resolve hardware issues
- Diagnose troubleshoot resolve network connectivity issues
- Diagnose troubleshoot resolve operating system issues
- Diagnose troubleshoot resolve software issues
- Escalate and resolve incidents
- Install operating system updates
- Maintain system configuration and asset documentation
- Manage user access controls
- Perform incident intake triage and documentation
- Provide Tier 1 support
- Provide tier 2 support
