Tasks
- Administer on premise and cloud Linux infrastructure
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Deliver new services per business requirements
- Handle escalated incidents within SLA
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Install configure and support Linux environments
- Manage problem resolution with third party vendors
- Participate in problem management
- Provide operational administration for highly available servers
- Provide second line support for server incidents
- Support integration projects to latest infrastructure standards
