Tasks
- Communicate business value of planned solutions
- Draft proposals and statement of work
- Ensure compliance with delivery security and privacy standards
- Follow delivery practices and cost considerations
- Generate and deliver work breakdown structure
- Identify technical business and security risks
- Lead customer and partner requirement discovery
- Lead readiness training and technical communities
- Manage escalations and coordinate resources
- Manage intellectual property consumption and reuse
- Map customer requirements to Microsoft technology solutions
- Mentor team members and provide technical advising
- Oversee solution workstreams and align with architecture intent
- Participate in project planning and risk dependency tracking
- Prioritize security in customer requirements
- Propose risk mitigations
- Provide feedback to improve managed offerings
- Support managed ip gap reporting
