Tasks
- Administer CyberArk Delinea and BeyondTrust
- Conduct access reviews and certifications
- Configure federation using SAML OAuth OpenID Connect
- Coordinate onboarding and secure application integrations
- Drive automation with scripting and API integrations
- Enforce role based access control and segregation of duties
- Implement access management using SSO and MFA
- Lead client engagements for IAM services
- Lead root cause analysis and remediation
- Lead teams and mentoring for IAM operations
- Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
- Manage and administer SailPoint Identity Now IIQ
- Manage and administer privileged access management
- Manage incident problem and change for IAM services
- Monitor IAM trends and regulatory changes
- Oversee IAM Managed Services delivery
- Oversee access request workflows and provisioning automation
- Own SLAs and performance reporting
- Provide strategic direction for IGA operations
- Serve as escalation point for IAM and PAM issues
