• Administer CyberArk Delinea and BeyondTrust
• Conduct access reviews and certifications
• Configure federation using SAML OAuth OpenID Connect
• Coordinate onboarding and secure application integrations
• Drive automation with scripting and API integrations
• Enforce role based access control and segregation of duties
• Implement access management using SSO and MFA
• Lead client engagements for IAM services
• Lead root cause analysis and remediation
• Lead teams and mentoring for IAM operations
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
• Manage and administer SailPoint Identity Now IIQ
• Manage and administer privileged access management
• Manage incident problem and change for IAM services
• Monitor IAM trends and regulatory changes
• Oversee IAM Managed Services delivery
• Oversee access request workflows and provisioning automation
• Own SLAs and performance reporting
• Provide strategic direction for IGA operations
• Serve as escalation point for IAM and PAM issues
