- Administer Office 365 and Azure accounts and services
- Create and maintain IT procedures and documentation
- Install update and troubleshoot desktop and network hardware software and operating systems
- Manage backup and disaster recovery operations
- Manage hardware and software inventory
- Monitor security and event logs investigate incidents and escalate
- Perform network administration and firewall management
- Provide end user support for Windows devices
- Provide help desk support and ticket troubleshooting
- Support operating system and hardware upgrades and end user application deployment
