Tasks
- Analyze alerts using playbooks
- Block malicious IPs
- Collect alert details from logs
- Document incidents with timestamps
- Escalate incidents to Level 2 analysts
- Identify false positives
- Isolate affected systems
- Maintain incident records for audits
- Monitor IDS/IPS alerts
- Monitor SIEM alerts
- Monitor firewall alerts
- Notify response teams of urgent incidents
- Perform initial containment actions
- Report status and findings to supervisors
- Triage security alerts by severity and urgency
- Verify remediation effectiveness
