- Collaborate with business and security stakeholders on data protection concerns
- Communicate DLP operational updates risks and process changes
- Coordinate DLP operational priorities
- Identify operational risks and escalate with recommendations
- Improve DLP triage and workflow efficiency with automation
- Lead DLP policy testing and tuning
- Maintain and update DLP operational documentation and procedures
- Manage exceptions and certification activities
- Manage operational allowlists and associated exceptions
- Oversee day to day DLP workflow intake prioritization assignment
- Provide onboarding coaching and development for technical operations team
- Provide operational input on threat trends
- Support DLP audit regulatory and risk compliance
- Support DLP exception decisions and rule effectiveness improvements
- Support DLP rule optimization to reduce false positives
