- Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and groups
- Automate access provisioning and reporting
- Automate onboarding and offboarding with PowerShell
- Configure Conditional Access
- Configure Single Sign-On
- Configure multi-factor authentication
- Follow ITIL incident management change management problem management
- Generate compliance and access governance reports
- Grant modify revoke access and roles
- Integrate SSO with identity federation
- Maintain IAM operational documentation
- Manage identity lifecycle joiner mover leaver
- Perform access reviews and user certification
- Provision and deprovision user access
- Support Zero Trust and least privilege
- Support audit evidence preparation
- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues
