Technical Account Manager
Tasks
- Assist detection engineering use case development and security content tuning
- Conduct business reviews health checks and strategic alignment sessions
- Coordinate escalations with internal engineering support and product teams
- Deliver executive presentations on ROI and security outcomes
- Develop and maintain customer success plans and milestones
- Monitor platform health identify risks and resolve adoption gaps
- Optimize scalability performance data quality and operational efficiency
