Incident Response Assistants - NYU Florence
Tasks
- Assist with student check in orientation and check out
- Complete on call log after each shift
- Liaise with Residence and Student Life Manager
- Provide back office support
- Provide front office support
- Report incidents to relevant staff
- Respond to email and in person inquiries
- Respond to student emergencies on call
- Serve as trip assistant
- Support events and activities
- Write incident reports using NYU reporting system
