- Analyze and resolve server hardware issues and software integration problems
- Analyze escalated tickets and provide feedback to customers
- Configure and manage Linux Unix and Windows operating systems
- Manage configuration and operations of IT systems
- Monitor systems and resolve problems across client server storage and network devices
- Optimize system operations and perform capacity analysis and planning
- Provide help desk problem identification diagnosis resolution
- Support IT systems implementation troubleshooting maintenance
- Support design of systems mission architecture and associated hardware
- Support dispatch system and hardware problem resolution
- Support escalation and communicate status to management
- Troubleshoot and maintain network components and implement OS enhancements
- Troubleshoot complex IT system problems
