- Define GRC KPIs and dashboards
- Define and test business continuity and disaster recovery
- Define enterprise GRC strategy
- Define risk appetite and escalation
- Define security clauses in supplier contracts
- Establish GRC governance frameworks
- Execute GRC policies and standards
- Lead audit planning and remediation tracking
- Lead global GRC team
- Lead risk review and policy exception forums
- Lead security awareness and training programs
- Maintain information security policy lifecycle
- Maintain risk register in GRC tool
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor third party security risk posture
- Oversee Third-Party Risk Management
- Oversee internal controls design and testing
- Provide executive point of contact for customers
- Provide executive risk reporting
- Support client security assurance activities
