Tasks
- Apply security best practices for Windows Server and Active Directory
- Assist in planning and executing infrastructure projects
- Conduct audits of server and Active Directory configurations
- Configure account policies auditing and monitoring
- Develop and update runbooks guides and SOPs
- Implement Group Policy Objects
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and failover
- Implement role-based access control
- Install configure and maintain Windows Server systems
- Integrate and manage Azure Active Directory hybrid environments
- Maintain documentation for server and Active Directory operations
- Manage Active Directory forests domains and trusts
- Manage DNS DHCP and file services
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions
- Monitor and respond to security incidents
- Monitor server health
- Perform patching upgrades and monitoring
- Plan and execute Active Directory migrations upgrades and restructuring
- Provide reports on performance incidents and compliance
- Provide technical guidance and training
- Troubleshoot server issues to reduce downtime
