Tasks
- Conduct end of shift handoffs
- Coordinate cross functional teams for mitigation
- Coordinate maintenance upgrades and outages
- Detect and resolve issues before impact
- Establish situational awareness
- Generate incident reports and analysis
- Improve Ops Center tools processes and documentation
- Lead real time incident communication
- Manage incident timelines and documentation
- Mentor junior team members
- Monitor infrastructure and services
- Partner with engineering on remediation
- Track and document incidents
