Sr Specialist Cybersecurity - IAM Operations AIOps
Tasks
- Apply AIOps for intelligent alerting correlation and automated triage
- Automate next best actions using Flow Designer workflows
- Build operational dashboards SOPs runbooks and known error articles
- Configure and operationalize ServiceNow Predictive Intelligence models
- Coordinate major incidents and service restoration
- Enforce RBAC and least privilege
- Implement AI incident clustering anomaly detection and trend forecasting
- Improve self service using ServiceNow AI Search and Virtual Agent
- Integrate REST SOAP and SSO and LDAP and email integrations
- Maintain AI operations runbooks and model lifecycle procedures
- Maintain ATF smoke and regression test suites and integration stability
- Manage IAM incident problem and change operations
- Monitor instance health restore services and execute rollback
- Monitor model performance KPIs and tune retrain and validate
- Operate ITSM using ITIL incident problem change and knowledge management
- Own IAM operations for access requests and identity lifecycle
- Perform RCA and document corrective actions
- Set confidence thresholds and human in the loop fallback
- Support authentication and MFA
