Principal Software Engineering Manager
Tasks
- Build and coach engineering teams
- Define SLOs telemetry and operational mechanisms
- Drive execution across systems and teams in matrixed environment
- Establish engineering practices for reliability security privacy and incident response
- Own end to end privacy and data governance delivery
- Partner with security legal compliance and product teams
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into engineering roadmaps
- Use data and customer feedback to improve privacy and governance outcomes
