Tasks
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Configure monitoring data ingestion and alerts
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Deploy automated processes
- Diagnose resolve and escalate incidents
- Drive technical strategy for application delivery
- Follow change management procedures
- Identify remediate security vulnerabilities
- Implement services and infrastructure for new systems
- Manage hybrid cloud platform operations
- Monitor and tune microservices resource utilization
- Optimize system performance and availability 24 7
- Perform basic database queries
- Provide end-to-end support for client applications and websites
- Provide second and third level incident investigations
- Provision operate and maintain AWS infrastructure
- Select and deploy CI/CD tools
- Set up cloud monitoring and uptime metrics
- Support debug issues on AWS EKS
